Dear Sisters & Brothers in Christ, As you all know, this year's National Consultation will be held in L.A. from June 28 to July 2. The local EAM team is working very hard for preparing to host this consultant. Fr. Eric Law will continue to teach us some very important skill to be a good leader in our local ministries. The Women, Clergy, and Youth Convocations will be held one day before the Consultation. If you come to these pre-consultant gathering the hotel room will be covered from June 26. Please plan ahead and book your tickets as son as you can. As your convener, I am also looking for suggestions as to how we should spend our convocation time so that an agenda can be put together. If you have not registered yet please do it as soon as possible. The early bird discount has been extended to May 18, 2007. Please take advantage of it. In the past year, I understand that you all have been working very hard in your ministry. You may have a lot of things to share with us. For the sake of saving time, please bring a written report and handing out to the attendees. I try to send this email to everyone on my list but I understand that it is impossible for me to cover all names. It is either I do not have your email address or you have not come to the past consultations and signed the attendant sheet. If you know I have missed anyone please forgive me and forward this email to his/her. I have no intention to leave anyone out. Let us all work together to enrich God’s Kingdom.
